These regulations amend the Retirement Benefits Regulations 2005 by –(a) providing for the rollover, transfer or allotment from an investment account, for the benefit of a person's spouse, of a certain amount of the contributions made by, for or on behalf of the person; and(b) updating and clarifying certain provisions.
