Primary Produce Safety (Egg) Regulations 2014

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations prescribe, for the purpose of the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011  –

(a) the food safety scheme in respect of eggs and egg products; and

(b) the accreditation requirements in respect of the production of eggs and egg products; and

(c) the fees payable in respect of accreditation under the egg food safety scheme; and

(d) other miscellaneous matters in relation to eggs and egg products.
