This order, made under the Tasmanian Health Organisations Act 2011 , amalgamates Tasmanian Health Organisation – South and Tasmanian Health Organisation – North West into Tasmanian Health Organisation – North to form one Tasmanian Health Organisation named the Tasmanian Health Service and for that purpose transfers certain assets to the Tasmanian Health Service and makes various amendments to Schedules 1 and 2 to the Tasmanian Health Organisations Act 2011 .
