EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) provide for a range of matters relating to the taking of water for the purposes of the Water Management Act 1999 ; and(b) prescribe certain fees and entitlements to certain fee rebates for the purposes of that Act; and(c) prescribe certain offences for which infringement notices may be issued and the penalties for those infringement notices; and(d) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Water Management Regulations 2009 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
