EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the rule)
These rules –(a) regulate the making, hearing and determining of applications to the Disciplinary Tribunal under the Legal Profession Act 2007; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Legal Profession (Disciplinary Tribunal) Rules 2010 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
