Notes
Under section 4 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) Act 2010, the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, as in force from time to time, set out in the Schedule to the Health Practitioner National Law Act 2009 of Queensland, applies (with modifications) as a law of Tasmania and, as so applying, may be referred to as the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania)
