Threatened Species Protection Order 2001
I, on the recommendation of the Scientific Advisory Committee, make the following order under section 13(5) of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Threatened Species Protection Order 2001 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.
