Misuse of Drugs Order 2012
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 40 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001 .

This order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Order 2012 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Controlled substances and trafficable quantities)
Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by inserting after item 29 the following:
