Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Amendment Regulations 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Amendment Regulations 2016 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 6 February 2016.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2014 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.    Schedule 1 amended (Infringement Notice Offences)

Division 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting after item 13 in Subdivision 1 the following:

13A.	HVNL 87A(1)

(b) by inserting after item 44 in Subdivision 2 the following:

44A.	HVNL 153A(1)

(c) by inserting after item 82 in Subdivision 4 the following:

82A.	HVNL 307(3)

(d) by inserting after item 85 in Subdivision 4 the following:

85A.	HVNL 312(3)

(e) by inserting after item 90 in Subdivision 4 the following:

90A.	HVNL 324A(2)

(f) by inserting after item 94 in Subdivision 4 the following:

94A.	HVNL 341(7)

(g) by inserting after item 127 in Subdivision 6 the following:

127A.

HVNL 531(4)

These regulations amend the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2014 by updating the table of infringement notice offences consequent on changes to the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
