Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Amendment Regulations 2018
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 .

These regulations may be cited as the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Amendment Regulations 2018 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2014 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Infringement Notice Offences)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by inserting the following definition before the definition of HVNL in clause 1 of Part 1 :HVFM means the Heavy Vehicle (Fatigue Management) National Regulation , as made under the Heavy Vehicle National Law and applied in this jurisdiction by section 5 of the Act;(b) by omitting "(2)" from column 2 of item 88 in Subdivision 4 of Division 1 of Part 2 and substituting "(3)";(c) by omitting item 109 from Subdivision 5 of Division 1 of Part 2 and substituting the following items:

(d) by inserting after item 127A in Subdivision 6 of Division 1 of Part 2 the following items:

These regulations amend the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2014 by updating the schedule of infringement notice offences consequent on changes to the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) and the Heavy Vehicle (Fatigue Management) National Regulation.
