Local Government (Highways) Amendment Order 2024
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the section 23(2) of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 .

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Highways) Amendment Order 2024 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 is referred to as the Principal Order.

This order amends the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 by inserting into, and omitting from, Schedule 2 to that Order certain bridges in respect of the requirement to be maintained or renewed by the State.
