Health (Fees) Amendment (Dental) Regulations 2025
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Health Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Fees) Amendment (Dental) Regulations 2025 .
These regulations take effect on 1 March 2025.
In these regulations, the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 19 February 2025
These regulations are administered in the Department of Health.

These regulations amend the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 by increasing the fee in relation to dental services provided to a person in a public hospital.
