An Act to amend certain Acts consequential on the enactment of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992

[Royal Assent 1 September 1995]

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1.   Short title

This Act may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) (Consequential Amendments) Act 1995 .

2.   Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 commences.

Section 3

The amendments effected by Section 3 and this Schedule have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:
(a) Legal Profession Act 1993 ;
(b) Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 ;
(c) Second-hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1994 .
