Tasmanian State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 6 of the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Tasmanian State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 1998 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 6 May 1998.

3.   

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
