Evidence Amendment Act 1999
An Act to amend the Evidence Act 1910 and the Justices Act 1959
[Royal Assent 30 April 1999]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Evidence Amendment Act 1999 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Evidence Act 1910 is referred to as the Principal Act.The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Evidence Act 1910 .The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:
(a) Evidence Act 1910 ;(b) Justices Act 1959 .
