Public Sector Superannuation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (No. 2) 2004
An Act to make miscellaneous amendments to the law relating to superannuation in the public sector

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary[Commences: 17 December 2004]
This Act may be cited as the Public Sector Superannuation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (No. 2) 2004 .
(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.(2) Parts 2 and 3 are taken to have commenced on 15 May 1999.(3) Parts 6 and 8 commence on a day to be proclaimed.
