I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the New Tax System Price Exploitation Code (Tasmania) Act 1999 fix 10 December 1999 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except Part 1, commence.
