Shop Trading Hours Order 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 8A(1) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours Order 2000 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
