Corporations (Consequential Amendments) Act 2001

An Act to amend certain Acts and statutory rules consequential on the enactment by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of new Corporations legislation and new ASIC legislation and for other purposes

[Royal Assent 29 June 2001]

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1.   Short title

This Act may be cited as the Corporations (Consequential Amendments) Act 2001 .

2.   Commencement

This Act commences on the commencement of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth.

SCHEDULE 1 - Consequential Amendments
The amendments effected by Section 3 and this Schedule have been incorporated into the authorised version of the appropriate Acts.
