Gas (Distribution System) Amendment Order 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 3(3) of the Gas Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Gas (Distribution System) Amendment Order 2002 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Gas (Distribution System) Order 2001 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Gas (Distribution System) Order 2001 .
