Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Amendment Act 2002
An Act to amend the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997
[Royal Assent 12 July 2002]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Amendment Act 2002 .
(1) Sections 1 , 3 and 4(2) and this section commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.(2) The remaining provisions of this Act are taken to have commenced immediately after the Principal Act commenced.
In this Act, the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 .
