Local Government (Highways) Amendment Act 2002
An Act to amend the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982
[Royal Assent 27 November 2002]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Local Government (Highways) Amendment Act 2002 .
This Act commences on 1 December 2002 but, if it does not receive the Royal Assent on or before that day, it is taken to have commenced on that day.
In this Act, the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 is referred to as the Principal Act.The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 .
