Water Management Amendment Act 2002
An Act to amend the Water Management Act 1999 to ensure the safety of dams and to make other miscellaneous amendments and to amend the Sewers and Drains Act 1954

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Water Management Amendment Act 2002 .
This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.
In this Act, the Water Management Act 1999 is referred to as the Principal Act.The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Water Management Act
