Plumbing Amendment Regulations 1995
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Building and Plumbing Regulations Board, make the following regulations under section 16 of the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993 .

These regulations may be cited as the Plumbing Amendment Regulations 1995 .
These regulations take effect on 15 January 1996.
In these regulations, the Plumbing Regulations 1994 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
