Duties Amendment (First Home Owners Concession) Act 2004

An Act to amend the Duties Act 2001

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1.   Short title

This Act may be cited as the Duties Amendment (First Home Owners Concession) Act 2004 .

2.   Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 20 May 2004.

3.   Principal Act

In this Act, the Duties Act 2001 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.   

The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Duties Act 2001 .
