An Act to amend the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 in relation to hearings by the Environment Protection Policy Review Panel

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Amendment (Hearings) Act 2004 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .
