An Act to amend certain enactments for the purpose of State and local government financial reform

[Royal Assent 17 November 2003]

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

PART 1 - Preliminary

1.   Short title

This Act may be cited as the State and Local Government Financial Reform Act 2003 .

2.   Commencement

This Act commences on 1 July 2004.
PART 2 - Duties Act 2001 Amended
