An Act to amend the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001
[Royal Assent 15 December 2005]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Act 2005 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
PART 2 - Misuse of Drugs Act 2001 Amended
