Public Health Amendment Act 2004
An Act to amend the Public Health Act 1997
[Royal Assent 27 October 2004]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Public Health Amendment Act 2004 .
(1) This Act, other than Part 3, commences on 1 January 2005.(2) Part 3 commences on 1 January 2006.
PART 2 - Public Health Act 1997 Amended
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Public Health Act 1997 .
