Water Management Amendment Act 2006

An Act to amend the Water Management Act 1999

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1.   Short title

This Act may be cited as the Water Management Amendment Act 2006 .

2.   Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 October 2006.

3.   Principal Act

In this Act, the Water Management Act 1999 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.   

The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Water Management Act 1999 .
