An Act to amend the Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997
[Royal Assent 27 July 2006]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Marine and Safety Authority Amendment Act 2006 .
This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.
In this Act, the Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997 .
