Valuation of Land Amendment Act 2006
An Act to amend the Valuation of Land Act 2001 , the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 , the Duties Act 2001 , the Land Tax Act 2000 and the Local Government Act 1993

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment Act 2006 .
This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.
