An Act to amend the Mental Health Act 1996 and the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2005

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Mental Health (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
PART 2 - Mental Health Act 1996 Amended
