An Act to amend the Forest Practices Act 1985
[Royal Assent 18 December 2006]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Forest Practices Amendment (Threatened Native Vegetation Communities) Act 2006 .
This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.
In this Act, the Forest Practices Act 1985 is referred to as the Principal Act.
