Vocational Education and Training Amendment (Skills Tasmania) Act 2007
An Act to amend the Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 and to consequentially amend certain other Acts
[Royal Assent 21 June 2007]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Vocational Education and Training Amendment (Skills Tasmania) Act 2007 .
(1) This Act commences on 1 July 2007, but if it does not receive the Royal Assent by 1 July 2007 this Act, except as provided by this section, commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.(2) If this Act does not receive the Royal Assent by 1 July 2007, Part 3 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2007.
