Witness Protection Amendment Act 2007
An Act to amend the Witness Protection Act 2000
[Royal Assent 28 September 2007]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Witness Protection Amendment Act 2007 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Witness Protection Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Witness Protection Act 2000 .
