An Act to amend the Traffic Act 1925 and the Motor Accidents (Liabilities and Compensation) Act 1973

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Traffic Amendment (Notice of Demand) Act 2004 .
This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.
PART 2 - Traffic Act 1925 Amended
