Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary[Commences: 1 June 2011]
This Act may be cited as the Monetary Penalties Enforcement (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2011 .
(1) Except as provided in this section, this Act commences on a day or days to be proclaimed.(2) Part 3 is taken to have commenced on 28 April 2008.
PART 2 - Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005 Amended[Commences: 1 June 2011]
In this Part, the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005 is referred to as the Principal Act.
