Aboriginal Lands Amendment Act 2008
An Act to amend the Aboriginal Lands Act 1995
[Royal Assent 16 December 2008]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Aboriginal Lands Amendment Act 2008 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Aboriginal Lands Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Aboriginal Lands Act 1995 .
