Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Regulations 2008
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999 .

These regulations may be cited as the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Regulations 2008 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations –Act means the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999 .
4. Certain tribunals prescribed as Tasmanian courts
The following tribunals are prescribed as Tasmanian courts for the purposes of the definition of "Tasmanian court" in section 3 of the Act:(a) Forensic Tribunal;(b) Guardianship and Administration Board;(c) Mental Health Tribunal;(d) Motor Accidents Compensation Tribunal;(e) Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal;(f)Tasmanian Planning Commission;(g) Tasmanian Industrial Commission;(h) the Tribunal constituted under section 12 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998 ;(i) Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Tribunal.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.
