Gaming Control Amendment Act (No. 2) 2009
An Act to amend the Gaming Control Act 1993 and to repeal the Gaming Control Amendment Act 2007 and the Gaming Control Amendment Act 2009

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Gaming Control Amendment Act (No. 2) 2009 .
(1) Except as provided by this section, this Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.(2) The provisions of Part 3 commence on a day or days to be proclaimed.
PART 2 - Gaming Control Act 1993 Amended
