Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Amendment Act 2010
An Act to amend the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997
[Royal Assent 14 October 2010]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Amendment Act 2010 .
This Act commences on 1 September 2010, but if this Act does not receive Royal Assent on or before that date this Act is taken to have commenced on 1 September 2010.
In this Act, the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 .
This Act is repealed on the ninetieth day from the day on which it commences.
