Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2010 .
This order takes effect on 6 December 2010.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.
4. Assignment to Ministers of enactments and administration
(1) The administration of each department specified under the title of a Minister in Schedule 1 is assigned to that Minister.(2) Each department specified under the title of a Minister in Schedule 1 is responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration by the Minister of the enactments specified under that department.
The legislation specified in Schedule 2 is revoked.
