State Service Amendment (Redeployment) Act 2011
An Act to amend the State Service Act 2000
[Royal Assent 13 July 2011]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the State Service Amendment (Redeployment) Act 2011 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the State Service Act 2000 .
This Act is repealed on the ninetieth day from the day on which it commences.
