Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration (Repeal) Act 2011
An Act to repeal the Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration Act 2000 and to amend other Acts consequential on the repeal of that Act

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration (Repeal) Act 2011 .
(1) Except as provided in this section, this Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.(2) Parts 3 , 4 , 5 and 6 commence on 1 July 2012.
PART 2 - Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 Amended
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 .

PART 3 - Health Complaints Act 1995 Amended
In this Part, the Health Complaints Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.

PART 5 - Public Health Act 1997 Amended
In this Part, the Public Health Act 1997 is referred to as the Principal Act.

PART 6 - Legislation Repealed and Rescinded
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is repealed.
The legislation specified in Schedule 2 is rescinded.
PART 7 - Repeal of Act
This Act is repealed on 30 June 2013.
