An Act to amend the Conveyancing Act 2004
[Royal Assent 12 July 2012]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Conveyancing Amendment Act 2012 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Conveyancing Act 2004 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Conveyancing Act 2004 .

This Act is repealed on the ninetieth day from the day on which it commences.
