Crimes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013
An Act to amend the Criminal Code Act 1924 and the Justices Act 1959
[Royal Assent 28 June 2013]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Crimes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013 .
The provisions of this Act commence on a day or days to be proclaimed.
PART 2 - Criminal Code Act 1924 Amended
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Criminal Code Act 1924 .

PART 4 - Concluding Provisions
This Act is repealed on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which it commences.
