Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Act 2003 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations are taken to have taken effect on the day on which the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority Amendment Act 2015 commenced.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Regulations 2013 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Regulations 2013 .

The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Regulations 2013 .

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Regulations 2013 .
