Forest Practices Order 2018

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the section 37A(5) of the Forest Practices Act 1985 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Forest Practices Order 2018 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the Forest Practices Act 1985 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Forest Practices Act 1985 .

5.   Revocation

This order is revoked on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which it takes effect.
