Community, Health, Human Services and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019

An Act to amend the Ambulance Service Act 1982 , the Disability Services Act 2011 , the Health Act 1997 , the Mental Health Act 2013 , the Pharmacy Control Act 2001 , the Poisons Act 1971 , the Right to Information Act 2009 and the Youth Justice Act 1997

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1.   Short title

This Act may be cited as the Community, Health, Human Services and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 .

2.   Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

4.   Repeal of Act

This Act is repealed on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which this Act commences.

SCHEDULE 1 - Consequential Amendments

The amendments effected by Section 3 and this Schedule have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:

(a) Ambulance Service Act 1982 ;

(b) Disability Services Act 2011 ;

(c) Health Act 1997 ;

(d) Mental Health Act 2013 ;

(e) Pharmacy Control Act 2001 ;

(f) Poisons Act 1971 ;

(g) Right to Information Act 2009 ;

(h) Youth Justice Act 1997 .
